About Us
At Fields Behavioral Health, we specialize in interventional psychiatric therapies and physician administered medication therapies. FBH does not participate with commercial insurance. You must be referred to us by your primary psychiatrist.
Our Services
FBH does not provide primary psychiatric care. We provide therapeutic treatment and monitoring as recommended by your primary psychiatrist.
Our Provider
Alice Fields, M.D., is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist. She attended Eastern Virginia Medical School and did her post graduate training in psychiatry at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Washington, DC.
Patient Resources
You become a patient via referral by your primary care psychiatrist. Referrals and new patient forms are accepted via email to ptservices@mdfbh.com.

Insurance and Payment
FBH does not participate with commercial insurance. However, we do offer a range of payment options to make our services accessible to all. FBH charges a flat rate treatment session monitoring fee. Monitoring session fees are charged upfront in few month increments. These charges can be paid by check or financed through one of our medical credit partners. Alternatively, credit card payments are accepted for an additional convenience fee. Often, the administered medication is covered by insurance.
